1. Put your phone Doooowwwwwwn.
The most important thing for me to have a rest is to not be stuck on my phone.
Seriously it’s my favorite thing to do.
Even if it’s just out of reach or out of sight.
2. Learning about Supplements-
Because life is so busy I need to know what I can do to keep my body happy.

3. Plan it extensively-
Get clear on your time.
Ex. 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM on Friday.

Indoor rock climbing, dance classes, yoga, indoor skydiving.

5. Have a luxurious Bubble Bath–
I love to use Dr. Teals for more everyday use because it’s inexpensive.
This is my favorite thing to buy from Lush. It’s a bubble bar. Sooooo good!
6. Create a Skincare Routine-
Trying eye creams, moisturizers.
Taking the time to wash off makeup.
